Install washer box and dryer vent
Install 6 gallon water heater.
Upon arrival found that the system in the middle and back office of the L were not cooling properly. Checked middle unit first starting with the inside found the coil frozen up, checked 1in filter and saw that it hasn’t been changed since 2018. Filter was completely clogged, recommend changing filter. Capacitors and contactors checked out ok, turned system off so it can thaw out. Checked system in the back and found that it has been dripping water. Checked inside unit above tiler and found no emergency pan under unit, found return not properly sealed causing air handler to sweat on outer casing. Found filter clogged and hasn’t been changed since early last year. Checked outdoor unit on the roof and found that the capacitor has a burnt up terminal along with the wire going to the capacitor. Also found that there are some supply ducts going to vents that need to be properly sealed. Due to age and conditions that system is in recommend replacing unit. Upon arrival found that the cap
Upon arrival found the front office unit was not cooling and the thermostat was off. Checked RTU and found no power present. Found breaker tripped. Reset breaker and checked rTU and found that the first stage compressor was locked up and causing high amp draws to trip breaker. Disconnected 1st stage compressor to use 2nd stage compressor to cooling down area until compressor is replaced. System is only running at 50% capacity. Waiting on morsco to give me a price for compressor so I can send estimate over to replace compressor.
